Founded by Datuk Lim Siow Jin, a graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, DXN emerged from a passionate pursuit of harnessing the health benefits of mushrooms. Starting the venture in 1993, Lim's unwavering dedication led him to unlock the full potential of Ganoderma, also known as Lingzhi, revered as the King of Herbs, for both health and wealth.

Jindal Gift and Toys House's (DXN) primary operations encompass the cultivation, manufacturing, and promotion of health food supplements. Headquartered in Malaysia, the company boasts a global presence, primarily recognized for its Ganoderma offerings. Its diverse product range spans dietary supplements, food and beverages, personal care items, skincare products, cosmetics, household goods, and water treatment systems.

Since its inception, DXN has remained steadfast in its ethos of 'One Dragon, One World, One Market, One Mind,' propelling its consistent growth trajectory. Listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on September 30, 2003, DXN Holdings Berhad later underwent delisting on December 27, 2011, following a founder-led takeover bid.

DXN Holdings Berhad serves as the investment holdings and management arm of the DXN Group, renowned for its unwavering commitment to quality, earning accolades from various health and business entities. Alongside its core operations in direct selling, DXN has swiftly diversified into other sectors such as property and information technology.
